Flowers and plant materials must be completely dry before shipping.
To permanently infuse sentimental materials into glass, with rare exception, materials must first be transformed into ash. For this reason, we accept:
Some customers choose to personally transform meaningful materials into ash as part of the reflection process. Others prefer to send materials for us to prepare. Both are welcome.
Because self-created ashes are not regulated cremation remains, they may be mailed using the standard return kit included.
Human and pet cremation ashes require special USPS mailing and are not covered by the standard return postage included in your kit.
This guideline exists to ensure an added level of care and tracking for precious cargo during transit. This is not our policy; this is a USPS policy that we comply with.
We film the creation of every order from start to finish.
When your piece is finished, we'll send you a private YouTube link to view it. The video is uploaded as unlisted, meaning only people with the link can watch it. It's not searchable, not public, and shared only with you.

A little goes a long way. For ashes, sand, soil, dirt, or powdered flowers, the wooden spoon included in your kit represents the maximum amount needed. For hair or fur, a small segment or clipping is plenty. Please don't send more than this, or you'll risk the return postage being insufficient.
Flowers, petals, leaves, herbs, and other plant materials must be completely dry before you mail them, to prevent mold during transit. If you're unsure whether yours are fully dry, give them a little extra drying time before sealing the kit. Materials that arrive with mold cannot be used.
To permanently infuse sentimental materials into glass, with rare exception, the material first has to be transformed into ash. We accept human cremation ashes, pet cremation ashes, and ashes you've created yourself from meaningful materials. Some customers find it healing to do this transformation themselves as part of their reflection; others prefer to send the materials and let us prepare them. Both are welcome.

Each order is processed individually. Your materials are never mixed with another client's. Our artist records a short custom video for each order so you can see exactly how your piece was made.
Payment is made at the time the order is placed. We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify. Local clients may also pay in cash when dropping off or picking up in person.
Because each piece is custom-made with your irreplaceable sentimental materials, all sales are final. We stand behind the quality of every piece we make.
Our founder, Linda Harman, fell in love with glass as a young girl and began working with a torch at 15. Her father bought her her first torch just as his health began to decline, and for years, she balanced her art with caring for him through high school and beyond.
At 19, her father insisted she attend a historic glass school in Southern Germany. At 20, she left to come home to him, and he passed away only months later. The opportunities in Germany were gone, but her love for glass never left.
In time, Linda made her first memorial glass piece using her father's cremains. The peace she felt from carrying him with her led her to a simple truth: she could help others grieve the way she had helped herself.
Her father is still part of every sample piece she makes. He continues to contribute, in death, as he did in life.
A small team of artists and craftspeople, each bringing years of specialized experience to every order.
Founder, lampworker since the age of 15, creator of every memorial piece that carries the studio's name.
Multidisciplinary glass artist and instructor bringing a wide range of techniques to the studio.
Jewelry designer and metalsmith, hand-finishing each metal piece that leaves the studio.
There's no pressure and no rush. When you're ready to memorialize someone important, we're here to help.
