Yes. Every keepsake is individually handcrafted by a trained glass artist, and the creation of your piece is filmed from start to finish. Once complete, we’ll send you a link to watch the transformation of the materials and meaning you entrusted to us.
On your order form, you’ll choose how your video is shared on YouTube:
Public: Anyone can search for and view your video on YouTube.
Listed: Your video is not searchable but may appear on our YouTube channel and can be viewed by anyone with access to the channel or direct link.
Unlisted: Your video is private and not searchable. Only people with the direct link can view it.
You’ll also choose how your video is identified:

• Order ID Number for additional privacy
We believe transparency matters. Watching your keepsake come to life offers a rare opportunity to witness the care, craftsmanship, and intention behind something deeply personal.
Once your order arrives at our studio, please allow up to 4 weeks before your keepsake(s) will ship.
Only a small amount is needed. Each kit includes a wooden spoon. Using this spoon, measure one level spoonful of: ashes, sand, soil, powdered flowers, or similar materials. Pour your sentimental material into the included plastic ziplock bag, which should be returned to the sentimental material envelope. Hair or fur: a small clipping is sufficient. Paper/Photo/Ticket Stub/etc: one item/sheet, no larger than 8.5x11.
To be permanently infused into glass, most organic materials must first be transformed into ash. Borosilicate Glass is worked at temperatures above 2,000°F, far hotter than flowers, hair, paper, fabric, and other organic materials can survive.
We accept human and pet cremation ashes, as well as ashes created from meaningful materials by you. Some customers find it healing to transform materials into ash themselves as part of their reflection; others prefer to send materials for us to prepare. Both are welcome.
Human and pet cremation ashes require special USPS mailing and are not covered by the standard return postage included with your kit. This additional handling and tracking is required by USPS for cremated remains in transit and is a policy we are required to follow.
Ashes created by you from other meaningful materials, as well as non-regulated sentimental materials, may be returned using the standard shipping materials included in your kit.
Payment is made at the time your order is placed. We accept all payment methods supported by Shopify, including major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other payment options available at checkout.

Important Mailing &
Material Information
Please take a moment to read this. It helps your sentimental materials arrive safely and ensures we can use them in your finished piece.
A Little Goes a Long Way
Only a small amount of material is needed to create your keepsake.
- For ashes, sand, soil, dirt, powdered flowers, or similar materials, the included wooden spoon represents the maximum amount needed.
- Please do not send more than this, or you’ll risk the return postage being insufficient.
- For hair or fur, a small segment or clipping is adequate.
Preparing Plant Materials
Flowers and plant materials must be completely dry before shipping.
- To prevent mold during transit, please fully dry flowers, petals, leaves, herbs, or other plant materials before placing them in your kit.
- Unfortunately, our artists cannot work with materials that have developed mold, so please take care to follow this instruction.
- If you are unsure whether materials are fully dry, allow additional drying time before mailing.
Understanding Ashes in the Process
To permanently infuse sentimental materials into glass, with rare exception, materials must first be transformed into ash. For this reason, we accept:
- Human cremation ashes
- Pet cremation ashes
- Ashes created from meaningful materials by you
Some customers choose to personally transform meaningful materials into ash as part of the reflection process. Others prefer to send materials for us to prepare. Both are welcome.
Because self-created ashes are not regulated cremation remains, they may be mailed using the standard return kit included.
Important Mailing Note for Human & Pet Cremation Ashes
Human and pet cremation ashes require special USPS mailing and are not covered by the standard return postage included in your kit.
This guideline exists to ensure an added level of care and tracking for precious cargo during transit. This is not our policy; this is a USPS policy that we comply with.
A Note on Your Video
We film the creation of every order from start to finish.
When your piece is finished, we’ll send you a private YouTube link to view it. The video is uploaded as unlisted, meaning only people with the link can watch it. It’s not searchable, not public, and shared only with you.
